Each PaperVantage release now has a dated page and one page per feature, plus a sitemap and RSS feed so changes are easy to find and follow.
Every release now gets a dated page summarising what shipped, with a separate page for each feature that goes into more detail. You can find them from the footer, from the release index, or by subscribing to the RSS feed.
