POST/papers/brief-ranking
Rank papers for an assignment from several sub-queries at once: "what should I read for this brief?"
Write 3-8 natural-language sub-queries from the brief (one per question, rubric theme or key concept). Each is searched across the library AND the caller's own private PDFs; papers are ranked by how many sub-queries they answer and how highly (rank fusion across queries). `matched_queries` indexes into `queries`. When `low_coverage` is true the library is thin for this topic: don't present the ranking as confident.
